Step 1 // Initial Visit 

• Every project starts with an in-home or on-site meeting where we get to know each other better.  We share how we work, go over the project scope, budget and any additional questions & details.  After this time together we will send over a custom proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of the project.

Step 2 // Design Creation 

• This is the part where the magic starts to happen.  The process begins by going over your design inspirations and functional needs.  We will have a design concept meeting to align on aesthetic direction, color palette & floor plan options before we get rolling on materials, furnishing selections.  Once aligned, LSK will host a design presentation to share materials, furniture & fixture selections with renderings of the proposed design.

Step 3 // Commence Work Orders & Furnishing Schedule

• Once you approve your design, we will set to work on scheduling work orders with various tradespeople and ordering of all the selected pieces of the design.  We work closely with the General Contractor to ensure all aspects of the design are installed and completed properly .  We provide weekly updates to keep you in the loop along the way.

Step 4 // Installation & Styling

• The best day (or days) ever! We schedule delivery of all your furniture and install all styling elements to complete your home.
